Biography

Felipe Mavignier has been a partner in the Firm’s corporate practice since 2012, focusing on domestic and international transactions. His practice encompasses M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and commercial contracts, with a strong emphasis on corporate governance.

Felipe is a member of the Committee on Law Firms of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section (COMSA), and advises domestic and multinational clients across various sectors, including technology, entertainment, education, transportation and healthcare. He also leads corporate and contractual teams focused on forestry investments, overseeing the formation of corporate structures and the drafting of shareholders’ agreements and agreements with service providers.
